1. Products & Merchandise

• All products sold are official merchandise related to the bands and artists of the Sounds From Hell record label.

• We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail will be accurate.

• All designs, logos, and artwork are intellectual property of Sounds From Hell records and the respective artists. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include German VAT (MwSt.) where applicable.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

• We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Your payment information is processed directly by them, and we do not store your credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

• The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. International Orders & Customs

• For orders shipped outside of Germany, you are the importer of record.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sounds From Hell records has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

2. Refund & Returns Policy for Sounds From Hell

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sounds From Hell records. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

​

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@soundsfromhell.de to initiate a return. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

• Once the return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

2. Refunds (Damaged or Defective Items)

​

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).

• We will also refund the original cost of shipping for orders that were incorrect or arrived damaged.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

​

• Due to the nature of our products (often limited-run merchandise), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for a simple change of mind.

• If you have a compelling reason, please contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Incorrectly Shipped Items

• If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item and will ship the correct item to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

​

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like face masks or pierced earrings, unless they are defective.

• Sale items and limited-edition/clearance goods are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

6. Missing Packages

​

• If your tracking information states that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. We are not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If the package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue for you.
